What happens to my appliances when I move out?

Typically a seller’s stove, dishwasher, and built-in microwave will stay with the home. You are welcome to exclude any appliance, including your refrigerator, washer, and dryer, or leave them behind if that’s more convenient for you. We will negotiate on your behalf to fulfill your desires.
