Do you verify customers’ identities before they tour a Central Florida home?

We require that the customer enter an email address and physical address if they wish to self-tour one of our homes. We also confirm their phone number.  For on-demand tours, we require users to go through identity verification by the customer scanning the front and back of their government-issued ID.
